DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY.
Delivery is £3.95 for Royal Mail/Courier (3-5 days). Cost is per order.
We will send a dispatch notification with tracking info once your order has been shipped.
If you need your item sooner, please email us and we can work out postage costs.
UK delivery only.
CLICK & COLLECT.
Click & Collect is also available from our Stalham shop. Please select this option when making your purchase. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection (usually 1-2 working days).
RETURNS.
Our returns policy allows 14 days from receipt. Please contact us if you wish to return an item. Email edenplants@hotmail.com, via our website or call us on 01692 218081 to arrange a return. Please be aware as a small independent business we cannot offer free returns unless your item is faulty.
Any non-faulty items need to be sent back to us in a re-sellable condition.
We are happy to replace or refund any items which have been damaged in transit. Please email good quality photos to edenplants@hotmail.com within 5 days of the arrival of your items.
